  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is sold and delivered.

  • Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

✅ Refunds / Replacements (Only in Special Cases)

  • A refund or replacement will be issued only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • To be eligible, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and package.

  • Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
