Any misuse of this site, including fraudulent activity or attempts to harm the website, will result in immediate suspension of access and may invite legal action

2. Products and Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, nutrition information, and pricing for all our products. However, minor variations may occur in product size, shape, color, or packaging due to supplier or seasonal differences. All our food products are 100% natural and preservative-free, but as they are perishable items, they must be consumed before the “Best Before” date mentioned on the packaging. Vitamant is not liable for any health issues arising due to allergies or improper consumption. Customers are advised to carefully read all ingredient and allergen information before use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the product for your dietary needs

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Vitamant reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including cases where product availability is limited, payment is incomplete, or suspicious/fraudulent activity is detected. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD, where available). For COD orders, additional confirmation may be required through phone or WhatsApp. In case of failed or declined payments, Vitamant is not responsible for any charges or delays imposed by your bank or payment provider

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, with delivery timelines ranging from 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–7 business days in other locations. Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, public holidays, or natural events beyond our control. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Vitamant is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered. Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos for verification. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost, or a refund will be processed within 7–10 business daysvia the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer. Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, product images, text, graphics, and website content belong exclusively to Vitamant Foods Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of our brand identity and content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. Customers may not use our content for any commercial purpose without written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and safe delivery, Vitamant shall not be held liable for:

Allergic reactions or health issues caused by consumption of our products.
Improper storage, misuse, or handling of products after delivery.
Delays or failures caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to products or services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvalla

Vitamant reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
